Is there a setup fee?+
No. School setup and access to the included Takimu features do not carry a separate setup fee.
Can we enable SMS notifications?+
Yes. Parent SMS notifications can be activated for important school updates. Availability and the messaging allowance are confirmed during setup.
Can we import our existing learner list?+
Yes. Schools can import learner records from CSV instead of entering every learner manually.
Do parents pay to use the parent portal?+
No. Parent access is part of the school’s Takimu subscription.
What if we have a very large school or several schools?+
Large schools and school groups can contact Takimu for a pricing and rollout arrangement that fits their size.
